What if our saviours (police) become the ruiners of our life ? What if the government that we chose for our welfare turns out to be a devil destroyer of our lives ? You all may wonder why I am using so harsh words for our saviours for our police and government.You all will get completely cleared when I will tell you about the incident that took place 17 years ago in 2004 but still the victim of the case cries for justice to be done.
It is the story of Neeraj Mishra, a simple,sober person living normal life ,doing his duties like me and you . It all started on 5th may 2004 in kasava village of district kannauj,uttar Pradesh, the voting for loksabha elections was going on at BABA HARIPURI INTER COLLEGE of kasava,Neeraj mishra was also a part booth management system.Suddenly he and other members observed that some strange persons with the police were trying to mess up with ballot box and votes and these were the supporters of samajvadi party. Neeraj mishra and other members opposed it and not let that happen which lead to big conflict between bjp and sp supporters and this news was transmitted to Mr Akhilesh Yadav Mp from Kannauj and the son of the then chief minister of uttar Pradesh Mr.Mulayam Singh who was in very much power at that time.However the voting gets over by 5 pm and some yadav’s and police officers wanted to revenge of their insult being done so they (SO Uma Shankar,Constable Jerman singh,Hawildar’s son Akhilesh yadav and six other members) went to one member of bjp’s house and his name was Narendra Kori who got afraid and closed the door ,but those people started abusing her mother badly and at the the highest limit he cannot listen for her mother such words so filled his trigger and opened the door and they all started beating him in between the gun shot fire mistakenly and one of them shot dead and this all news reached to akhilesh yadav and he asked his puupets to file FIR against Narendra Kori and Neeraj Mishra and Nashtra sahay Dubey who were not even present at the time of the incidence and it is very clearly understandable that they are into some other kind of revenge from Neeraj Mishra.
After getting this news Neeraj Mishra was asked by some people to ran away as akhilesh wants to kill him and his family members ,so in order to save his little brothers and family he tried to flew away to delhi but no one helped in escaping out as they all were afraid of the government in power, and in between he was kidnapped by that SO and other members and was beaten brutally ,wildly ,badly like animals but still he gathered courage and tried to run away but was shot in his led and it was the darkest moment of our society he was shot dead but still this did’nt satisfy CM’s son aggression so they asked those scroundels to cut his head off from the body and bring to CMO’s office or where nobody knows .On 6th of may in evening Neeraj’s body was founded on the bank of river ishan and his family still till date don’t know about where his head is….it is not traceable…
His elder brother and other family family fought the case for so many years but still at the end as always happens in our judiciary system the coulprits are out freely on bail even after getting life imprisonment as their punishment..his family till date get threat calls for taking back the case otherwise they also have to face the same..
Nowdays , his elder brother is jila upadhyaksh from the same place but even after being in power ,he feels helpless ,leaders used this case for their own selfish motives but no one asks for justice to be done…
I wonder till what date the innocents have to suffer and the coulprits enjoy their life freely? Till what time the period of getting justice should be limit and those scroundels get what they actually deserve ….and that is I believe hanging till death in front of the victims family..yes death ,their death can only provide peacefulness to the dead soul and the family?
We really need to question our judicial system that till when…till when such injustice ,ruthlessness actions will happen? As the person has gone so many years ago but still justice was not done with him…..think of it.
