As we all know that Premenstrual synodrome occur in women basically between the time of ovulation and period. So, let's know little more about this.Premenstrual syndrome (PMS) has a wide variety of signs and symptoms, including mood swings, tender breasts, food cravings, fatigue, and depression. It's estimated that as many as 3 of every 4 menstruating women have experienced some form of premenstrual syndrome.

Symptoms tend to reoccur in a predictable pattern. But the physical and emotional changes you experience with premenstrual syndrome may vary from just slightly noticeable all the way to intense.

Still, you don't have to let these problems control your life. Treatments and lifestyle adjustments can help you reduce or manage the signs and symptoms of premenstrual syndrome.

5 THINGS TO DO DURING PERIODS-

Every girl should follow some basic hygiene and personal care measures during periods.

1. Take a warm bath – It aids in the removal of body odour and it's so rejuvenating. And yeah you can wash your hair

2. Move around and do light exercises – Builds strength and endures, keeps stress and anxiety at bay

3. Use a hot water bottle if required to alleviate discomfort from cramps

4. Eat iron-rich whole foods because your body loses blood

5. Wash your hands before and after changing sanitary pads

Also, don’t forget Dark Chocolate!  It elrvatesappointment and heel your pain

Things that you can do-

Exercise regularly,eat a healthy, balanced diet – you may find that eating frequent smaller meals (every 2-3 hours) suits you better than eating 3 larger meals a day,get plenty of sleep – 7 to 8 hours is recommended,try reducing your stress by doing yoga or meditation,take painkillers such as ibuprofen or paracetamol to ease the pain,keep a diary of your symptoms for at least 2 to 3 menstrual cycles – you can take this to a GP appointment.

Things that you don't have to do-

Try to avoid while your periods going on and avoid drinking because it may cause problems.
