The total dominance of power and the incompatibility of interests in international affairs is incorrectly accepted and promoted by realists.When it comes to ignoring the role of power and accepting the perfect congruence of interests in international relations, idealists exhibit a great deal of ignorance and superficiality. Neither of the two methods accurately captures the essence of global reality.
